Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small for-profit businesses that meet federal DBE ownership, control, size, personal net worth, and social and economic disadvantage requirements and seek transportation contracting opportunities in South Dakota.
Requirements
- Operate as a small for-profit business under applicable DBE size standards.
- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more qualifying disadvantaged individuals.
- Submit the DBE certification application and supporting ownership, control, financial, tax, and business records.
