Loans and grants to support new or existing healthy food retail outlets such as grocery stores, farmers markets, and food hubs in low-resource and underserved Kansas communities.

Eligibility
For-profit businesses, nonprofit corporations, agricultural cooperatives, public benefit corporations, municipal corporations, regional market facilities, and public food cooperatives without membership fees. Projects must expand healthy food offerings in low-resource underserved areas at the retail level and accept or plan to accept SNAP benefits.
