About this program
Delaware C-PACE helps qualifying property owners access long-term financing for eligible energy improvements. The program is administered statewide by the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility under Energize Delaware.
Eligibility
Qualifying commercial, industrial, agricultural, nonprofit, and multifamily properties with five or more units may be eligible for approved energy improvements.
Requirements
- Project must be in a participating Delaware county
- Identify eligible energy improvements
- Work with approved C-PACE program process and capital provider
