About this program
CLIMB Fund provides small business loans and technical assistance to entrepreneurs and small businesses across South Carolina, including businesses that may not qualify for traditional bank financing.
Eligibility
Eligible South Carolina small businesses and entrepreneurs, including Fountain Inn applicants, meeting CLIMB Fund underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through CLIMB Fund
- Provide business plan, financials, ownership, credit, collateral, and use-of-funds information
- Complete underwriting and any required technical assistance
