About this program
Puerto Rico's Incentives Code consolidates tax incentives for business development, export services, manufacturing, tourism, creative industries, agriculture, and other activities that support economic growth, competitiveness, investment, and job creation.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses and projects in Puerto Rico, including Mayaguez projects, that meet Act 60 industry, investment, job creation, export, or other incentive requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through the Puerto Rico Single Business Portal or DDEC process
- Submit business, industry, investment, jobs, tax, and project information
- Comply with decree, reporting, employment, and eligible activity requirements
