Gap financing for eligible non-primary-sector businesses in rural North Dakota communities.
About this program
The North Dakota Development Fund expanded financing access for rural non-primary-sector businesses, eligible nonprofits, chambers, economic development organizations, and political subdivisions in smaller communities.
Eligibility
For-profit businesses with fewer than 100 employees, certain nonprofits, and political subdivisions in communities under 10,000 population or more than five miles outside city limits may qualify.
Requirements
- Partner with a lead lender providing at least 60 percent of project financing
- Operate in an eligible rural location
- Meet feasibility, equity, and eligible-use requirements
