Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Rhode Island cities and towns and recognized Native American tribes seeking matching funds for acquisition, development, or renovation of outdoor recreational lands and facilities.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a Rhode Island municipality or recognized Native American tribe.
- Project must acquire, develop, or renovate outdoor recreational land or facilities.
- Eligible projects may include playgrounds, sports fields, athletic facilities, courts, splash pads, walking paths, and other public recreation assets.
