About this program
The Pennsylvania Small Business Advantage Grant helps eligible small businesses offset costs for energy efficiency, pollution prevention, and waste reduction projects. Businesses in Allentown may use the program for qualifying equipment and facility improvements when funding is open.

Requirements
- Apply to Pennsylvania DEP during an open grant round
- Provide project scope, cost estimates, expected savings or pollution reduction, and business information
- Complete project and submit reimbursement documentation under program rules
