NYSERDA offers commercial and industrial energy efficiency, clean energy, technical assistance, and incentive programs that help businesses and building owners reduce energy use, electrify, and improve building performance.
Eligibility
Eligible New York commercial, industrial, multifamily, institutional, and nonprofit building owners or tenants, including New York City businesses and properties, meeting program-specific requirements.
Requirements

- Submit building, energy, project, contractor, and incentive information
- Complete required energy studies, installation, documentation, and verification
