About this program
The Downtown Mesa Facade Improvement Program funds design, demolition, and construction for selected commercial and mixed-use properties in the Historic Downtown core, supporting storefront revitalization and downtown business activity.
Eligibility
Selected commercial or mixed-use properties in the eligible Downtown Mesa facade program area between Country Club and Center and 1st Avenue to 1st Street, subject to program availability.
Requirements
- Own or control an eligible downtown property or participate through the program selection process
- Complete design and construction coordination with program staff
- Comply with city facade, construction, reimbursement, and project requirements
