About this program
Bellevue’s voter-approved LB840 Economic Development Program encourages growth, new industries, job creation, and investment in the community. Eligible activities may include direct loans, loan guarantees, and performance-based forgivable loans for qualifying business attraction, retention, expansion, and redevelopment projects.
Eligibility
Qualifying businesses and industries locating, expanding, or investing in Bellevue and meeting program wage, job creation, and project criteria.
Requirements
- Submit LB840 application, business plan, project budget, financing, and job creation information
- For performance-based forgivable loans, meet wage and employment requirements including wages at or above required county wage thresholds
- Execute agreement with performance, reporting, clawback, and eligible-use provisions
