Local governments, nonprofits, and businesses in 34 counties and 6 cities in southern and southwestern Virginia's tobacco-dependent communities.
Requirements
- Must be located in or serve a tobacco-dependent locality in southern or southwest Virginia
- Project must enhance economic growth and development in the region
- Must apply through the Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission
