CalOSBA TAP provides approximately $23 million annually to California nonprofit organizations including SBDCs, 501(c)(3)s, and 501(c)(6)s that provide free or low-cost business consulting and training to small businesses.

Eligibility
Nonprofit federally or privately funded small business technical assistance centers in California with 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) status and federally designated TA center status. Must provide 1:1 matching funds.
