About this program
Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing from the Connecticut Green Bank helps commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners finance energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resiliency improvements through a voluntary property assessment.
Eligibility
Eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners in participating Connecticut municipalities, including Groton where authorized.
Requirements
- Confirm property eligibility and municipal participation
- Complete energy project scope and contractor proposal
- Apply through the Connecticut Green Bank C-PACE process and obtain lender approval
