About this program
Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, a program of Community Action Lehigh Valley, provides loan capital and business support to entrepreneurs and small businesses that may have difficulty accessing conventional financing. Loans can support startup, working capital, equipment, inventory, and expansion needs.
Eligibility
Small businesses and entrepreneurs in the Lehigh Valley that meet loan underwriting and mission criteria.
Requirements
- Complete Rising Tide loan inquiry or application
- Provide business plan, financial statements, tax returns, credit information, and use-of-funds details
- Meet underwriting, repayment, and technical assistance requirements
