Eligibility
Businesses, developers, or local governments seeking to construct or improve transportation infrastructure in Delaware to attract or expand a significant job-creating business. Administered by the TIIF Council with recommendations to DelDOT and the Secretary of State.
Requirements
- Project must involve renovation, construction, or improvement of roads or related transportation infrastructure in Delaware
- Must attract a new business or expand an existing Delaware business
- Must result in a significant number of direct, permanent, quality full-time jobs
