About this program
The Laney Walker and Bethlehem Revitalization Project supports redevelopment, affordable housing, infill development, and neighborhood reinvestment in historic Augusta neighborhoods. Developers, builders, nonprofits, and housing partners may participate in eligible projects aligned with the revitalization plan.
Eligibility
Eligible developers, nonprofit housing partners, builders, and buyers participating in approved Laney Walker or Bethlehem projects.
Requirements
- Project must align with neighborhood revitalization plan
- Meet development, housing, design, and affordability requirements where applicable
- Coordinate with Augusta Housing and Community Development
