Eligibility
For-profit businesses that are at least 51 percent minority-owned, operated, and controlled by eligible minority group members may apply through the NMSDC certification process.
Requirements
- Be a for-profit business at least 51 percent minority owned, operated, and controlled
- Submit required ownership, management, governance, and financial documents
- Complete NMSDC review through the appropriate regional certification process
