About this program
Nevada offers data center tax abatements for qualifying data center companies that locate or expand in the state. Henderson-area data center or technology projects may qualify when they meet investment, job, wage, benefit, residency, and operating requirements.
Eligibility
Data center companies and qualifying collocated businesses meeting Nevada statutory investment, job, wage, benefit, residency, and operating requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through GOED and receive Board approval before qualifying investment
- Meet investment thresholds, wage and health insurance requirements, Nevada resident construction workforce requirements, and operating commitments
- Comply with annual reporting and performance documentation
