Statewide workforce training program providing new employee training at essentially no cost to manufacturers creating new jobs; financed through community college bonds retired with 1.5-3% of the new jobs' state withholding taxes; delivered by Iowa's 15 community colleges.

Eligibility
Iowa businesses, including manufacturers, engaged in manufacturing, processing, assembling products, warehousing, wholesaling, or R&D that are creating new positions; must be new to Iowa, expanding, or relocating.
Requirements
- Engaged in manufacturing, processing, assembling, warehousing, or R&D in Iowa
- Creating new employment positions (not positions that existed within prior six months)
- New employees must pay Iowa withholding tax
