Virginia Main Street Mobilizing Main Street (MMS) Exploratory or Designated communities. Must align with downtown revitalization strategies.
Requirements
- Must be a Virginia Main Street designated or MMS community
- Projects must create lasting, positive impacts within historic downtowns
- Must submit grant application through DHCD portal
