Eligibility
Wyoming-based master artists and apprentices engaged in traditional or folk art forms.
Requirements
- Must be a Wyoming-based master artist in a recognized folk or traditional art form
- Must have a willing apprentice/mentee
- Must provide hands-on instruction in traditional art form
