The Clean Communities Investment Accelerator funds hub nonprofits that provide capitalization and technical assistance to community lenders for clean energy projects in low-income and disadvantaged communities.
Eligibility
Community lenders and project sponsors access financing through selected hub nonprofits and participating community lenders.
Requirements
- Work with participating community lender
- Propose eligible clean energy or climate project
- Meet lender underwriting and community benefits requirements
