About this program
The Business Assistance Program helps encourage small business location and expansion in Orlando by assisting with small-scale infrastructure projects and offsetting certain development fees so businesses can reinvest in job creation and growth.
Eligibility
Eligible small, independent businesses locating or expanding in the City of Orlando and incurring qualifying city development fees or infrastructure-related costs.
Requirements
- Apply before or during project permitting and before eligible costs are finalized
- Provide business information, project scope, location, estimated fees or infrastructure costs, and job or investment information
- Receive city approval and document eligible costs for grant payment or offset
