About this program
C-PACE provides Connecticut commercial, industrial, multifamily, and nonprofit property owners with long-term financing for qualifying energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resilience improvements.
Eligibility
Eligible Waterbury commercial, industrial, multifamily, nonprofit, and other qualifying property owners with approved clean energy or efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Confirm property and improvement eligibility
- Complete technical review and financing application
- Obtain mortgage holder consent and close C-PACE financing
